This website provides free child safety resources and youth suicide prevention information. We collect as little personal information as possible and never sell or share your data with third parties for their own use. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Contact Form Submissions

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to your enquiry.

Donation Information

Donations are processed by Zeffy, a third-party payment platform. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Zeffy collects the information necessary to process your donation and issue a receipt. See Zeffy’s privacy policy at zeffy.com for details.

Technical Data

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are visited, how long people stay, and what devices they use. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our public-service ads are reaching people who need these resources.
